Postage costs

All items are sent by courier and postage is charged on weight of total goods being sent. We include the postage weight of each product in the product description to make the postal charges as transparent as possible.

Postage weight charges:

0kg - 1kg = £3.30

1.001kg - 2kg = £4.19

2.001kg - 5kg = £5.99

5.001kg - 10kg = £7.14

10.001kg = 15kg = £8.39

These prices are for all United Kingdom addresses only. If you live outside of the UK please contact us and we will arrange international shipping for you.

Do you deliver to Ireland?

Yes we do, however, unfortunately shipping rates to Ireland are classed as international therefore rates are more expensive. A typical package up to 5 kg will cost approximately £18.

Do you offer international shipping?

We are more than happy to ship to anywhere in the world. Please contact us with a list of items you want and we will arrange a suitable shipping method that matches your needs.

Will my payment be secure?

Your payments are totally secure. All payments are processed through PayPal and at no point do we know or hold your card details.

You do NOT need to have a Paypal account to be able to pay for your order. Simply follow the instructions on the PayPal screen after checkout to pay with your card like normal.

How long do I have to wait before my item arrives?

We aim for orders to reach you with 3 - 5 days from the order taking place.

Can I return any item?

Ellie and Oscar's will accept any returned items as long as they are in an unused condition. Damaged packaging, damaged items, opened packaging and items with tags removed will not be accepted.

I have returned my item. When will I get my refund?

We will process your refund within 7 to 10 days of receiving the returned item. Postages costs incurred by yourself are unfortunately not refundable. Only the value of the items you are returning will be refunded.

I have received a damaged/unwanted item

If you receive an item where you are not satisfied with it's condition, you can return it to us and either receive a refund or a replacement.

Your statutory rights

Ellie and Oscar's operates a 14 day no quibble returns guarantee on all products. If you are not happy with an item for whatever reason, you can send it back us and we will either issue you a refund or replacement.

Customers in the European Union are entitled by law to withdraw from the purchase of an item within 7 working days of the day after the date the item is delivered.
